Crystal Maxwell is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. She graduated with her Masters of Science in 2021 from Maryville University and her BSN from Tennessee Technological University in 2011. She has 10+ years of caring for patients of all ages. Her background includes adults with varied illnesses, pediatrics, and OB. Currently, she is a member of the Neuroscience Education Institute and American Psychiatric Nurses Association. She looks forward to serving the community she has been raised in.
